My Yoga Journey

Yoga with Megan started in Shanghai, China, after I returned from my teacher training in Rishikesh India. My goal of Yoga with Megan is to create a space for students no matter if you are a dedicated practitioner or taking your first class. A space for you to come and be yourself. To breathe and relax and to decompress after a day in the city or to start your day off with energizing light.

 You can practice with me online via personalized video classes or see my current city and studio to practice with me in-person. I look forward to sharing this practice with you!

I hope to encourage you on your own yoga journey and inspire you to enjoy the practice.

“I would describe Megan as… amazing! She is always happy and super supportive. She is more like a friend than a trainer/teacher – which is exactly what I love about her classes. I love her voice too! She has a great yoga teacher voice – relaxing and directions are clear. One thing I’ve learned from Megan’s yoga class is how to stretch out my bad knee. I started her classes almost 5 months ago and I had a bad right knee. Whenever we did low lunges, it was almost impossible for me to stretch it out. 5 months later and it’s almost totally pain free.
