Kirana means “light” in Bahasa Indonesia.

At Kirana Wellness, my mission is to help you rediscover your inner light, ignite your spark, and reach your highest potential. I hope to encourage you on a path of reviving who you were always meant to be. Personalized and group coaching sessions and yoga classes are offered to connect you with your true self, bringing awareness and purpose to your life. Uplifting you to reach your wellness goals and inspiring you to create your dream life is what excites me as your holistic health coach.

1:1 Coaching

Personalized 6-month program designed just for you! We would work together as a team to reach your wellness goals. This service offers offline support between coaching sessions among other benefits.

Group Sessions

Sessions open on the 1st of each month. Limited space available per start date. These sessions take place via phone. The calls are bi-weekly in a small group setting to check-in with your progress and encourage you on your wellness journey.

Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are held online via video call. Your one-to-one class offers assistance and guidance through a variety of sequences including detox, slow vinyasa flow, yin, or specific strength and stretching classes.

Online Live Sessions

I offer a 6-month personalized coaching package with flexible schedules.

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

  • Two phone calls per month

  • Weekly offline support via text or email

  • One online yoga session per month

  • Recipes and meal plan ideas

  • Pantry make-over either in person or via video call

  • Other materials based on your needs
